Love this!

I am really enjoying this watching my cat eat lol. I love all the features on this where you can manually feed online or by pushing a button. Also you can schedule feedings online and select the amount of portions. It’s great that it’s ant proof and moisture proof. This is perfect! Happy about the purchase and the customer service is excellent! They are quick and happy to help and resolve any issues. Thank you for a wonderful product!

So far so good

We have only had it for a few weeks, but so far it works nicely. I like the metal bowl - some feeders just have plastic bowls. The metal is easier to clean and doesn't cause an allergic reaction in my cats. The app is a very convenient way to program it, much nicer than trying to use the buttons on the front of these things. The one not-so-great aspect is that in the app is is really tricky to set the time - it is a scroll dial with the hours on it but the dial is small enough that it is hard to place your fingers in the right area to scroll through the hours.

Works great!

I am NOT tech savvy but I was able to set this up in a jiffy! I really like that there was QR codes with instructional videos on how to set up! Easy! It usually takes me hours to connect something to wifi, not this time! A handy dandy video as well as, "If this didn't work, try this!" It gave several ways to connect and I did it all by myself in less than 8 minutes! This is purrrfect for my cats! ba doom ch

Very good pet feeder

No issue with the feeder

In general I don’t have any complaints to the feeder.Works good, camera is ok. Easy to clean.However I’m not happy with the app!I spent about 10-15 min to connect the feeder to the app! Bluetooth connection doesn’t work. I had to scan qr code on the feeder and tried to connect through WiFi.Also sometimes app had glitch and doesn’t connect to the feeder even I’m seating next to it!I believe they must update the app and remove all bugs.
